Candidate Process

Ready to apply? Read on to learn about our candidate process, including the interview, application, reference check, offer letter, and onboarding.

After applying on our career site or on an external website like LinkedIn or Indeed, our team will contact you to schedule the initial screening interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• If both parties would like to move forward after the screening interview, we’ll schedule your interview with the hiring manager. At this stage, we’ll also send you any relevant benefits and training information for your review.

• Following a successful interview with the hiring manager, we’ll arrange for a shadow day at the center so you can meet with center staff, tour the facility, and get a feel for the day to day of the position.

• After visiting the center, the hiring manager will order a reference check, and you will also be asked to complete the rest of the application if you have not already done so.

• You will receive an email with a link to the SkillSurvey Reference Check, an easy and automated process wherein you will enter the details for 5 references, who will then be contacted via email or text by SkillSurvey.

• After reviewing the SkillSurvey reference report, the hiring manager will extend a verbal offer to you.

• When the terms of employment have been agreed upon, the official offer letter is ready to be sent. You will be emailed instructions to return to the candidate portal to electronically sign your official offer letter

• You will then be asked to complete the background check forms

The onboarding process is very time sensitive, specifically concerning the background check, drug screening, and form completion. Make sure to thoroughly read all emails sent to you during this time.

• After signing your offer letter, you will receive an email regarding scheduling your drug screening (if applicable) and I-9 form.

• Finally, you will complete the rest of your onboarding with the Credentialing team and assigned Training & Education Specialist (TES), who will have already been in contact.
