Advanced Practice Provider Training and Support 

 Our training is divided into two periods, providing the proper amount of support and resources needed during your first 90 days at AlignMed and beyond. We deliver up-to-date information and support to our providers, ensuring lasting satisfaction among our patients. 

• Ramp-up period with gradually increasing caseload 

• Small learning groups for dedicated question and feedback time 

• Hybrid education model with virtual and in-person training on: 

  • EHR systems 

  • Billing and coding 

  • Population-specific clinical education 

  • Quality-based care delivery model 

• One-on-one check-ins & individualized support for all levels of experience 

• Quarterly education through the HealthStream learning platform

• Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC): Training modules focused on advance care planning and end-of-life care

• On-going support and check-ins with Clinical Team Leader and manager

This innovative initiative is tailored to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with being a new to practice provider.

"EMERGE has been helpful as a new provider but also as a new team member with AlignMed Partners. The ability to connect with other providers and talk through some of our clinical questions and cases that are a commonality has been beneficial to my residents as I learn of new ways to treat them.
