Benefits

Restrictions to benefits apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Incentive Compensation Program (ICP)

AlignMed Partners providers participate in our no-cap ICP program, allowing our employees to earn quarterly bonuses based on productivity and quality metrics. Both full time, part time, and contracted employees are eligible for ICP.

Currently, the average earned in bonus for APP providers working 40 hours per week is $16,000 per year.

Sign-On/Relocation Bonus

Sign on bonuses are available for select roles and will be listed on the job posting. 

Relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates (those relocating from 100+ miles away from the job location).

Medical, Dental, Vision

For providers classified as full time (working 30+ hours per week), we offer an array of medical, dental, vision, and life benefit plans for you to enroll in. Part time providers (working 16-24 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in dental and vision plans.

We are also pleased to offer an exciting benefit which supplements the current health insurance programs and helps our valued employees offset certain health care expenses covered by your primary plan. The ArmadaCare Plena Health Sapphire Plan is 100% paid by AlignMed Partners and offers reimbursement for many out-of-pocket medical, pharmacy, and wellness expenses.

Time Off

AlignMed Partners is pleased to offer paid vacation, paid sick time, paid education time, and paid holidays for full time providers. For those working part time, paid vacation and paid education time are available.

Education

Both part time and full time providers will receive Continuing Medical Education reimbursement and paid time off, with the amount dependent on the hours worked per week.

We also offer clinical memberships. We provide an UpToDate membership for providers working 24-40 hours per week. All providers regardless of hours worked receive a Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) membership.
